Who we are
AdMinistry operates administry.org and provides tools and services for churches. Contact us any time at the address on our Contact page.
What we collect
When you send a form, we keep what you entered (such as your name, email, church and message) so we can reply. When you take the Church Tech Checkup, we keep your answers and, if you give it, your email. When you download a free resource, we record the download and, for email-delivered files, the email address used.
Visitor statistics
Our built-in statistics use no cookies. We record the page, where the visit came from (for example a search engine or a campaign link), the type of device and the country reported by our network provider. We do not store IP addresses; each visitor is counted with an anonymous code that changes every day.
Google Analytics (optional)
If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Spam protection
Our forms use hidden checks to stop automated spam. If enabled, Google reCAPTCHA may also be used, which is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.
We send email through a trusted delivery provider. You can unsubscribe from our weekly email at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site (hosting, email delivery, and analytics if you allow it), and when required by law.
How long we keep it
Visitor statistics are kept for about 13 months. Form submissions are kept as long as they are useful for serving you; ask us and we will delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us.
